The hotel was located just next door to the surrounding farms and local shops, hikes, free from the din and traffic, and Cheddar's main attractions. The rooms were cosy with tea or coffee, you feel like home. It had variety of meals for breakfast, including coffee and tea. We walked everywhere, the location was great, to good dinner options...

The rooms at the Old Police House are new-fashioned and tastefully decorated. the city center location of the guest house is marvellous. Guests can easily access a multi-purpose outdoor stadium just 1 km away.

The breakfast options were quite limited and not what we expected. We were used to being offered a selection of juices, cereals, and yogurt along with a cooked breakfast and toast.

She provided excellent recommendations for local eateries and attractions, including the stunning gorge and picturesque walking trails, all within easy walking distance. Each morning, Lyn brought us delicious homemade breakfast baps, along with tea and coffee, which were a delightful way to start our days of exploration. The room was cozy and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, kitchenette, and a clean, spacious bathroom with a great shower. We were so impressed with our stay that we've already made plans to return in the summer. Thank you, Lyn, for a wonderful experience!

The owner was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, showing us around the annex and even offering a breakfast bap in the morning. The room was comfortable with a nice-sized bathroom and amenities like tea and coffee with fresh milk in the fridge. The location was perfect for our activities, with key attractions within walking distance.
The bathroom felt a bit cramped and the shower was not up to standard, although the owner mentioned it needed renovation. Additionally, we felt that the price could be slightly lower to reflect the bathroom condition.
